Big Nut Strut-5k Race

I love to support my school district and Ron is a huge supporter as well!  Ron teases that my favorite event is the Big Nut Strut.  We registered and Ron offered to walk Breeley so I could run.  Did I mention, I hadn't ran in over a year (unless you count the little jogging on do when out for walks with Breeley).
I was very proud that I ran the entire race with a 10 minute mile average!
