Delaware All Horse Parade

Ron took his parents to the Bengals home opener (where they lost).  Julie and the girls headed to Delaware for the All Horse Parade!  It was neat to see all the horses (and also sad to see the mini horses pulling larger people). The girls especially liked the Wizard of Oz costumes.
