Selling Our 1st Home on Summersweet Circle

We decided now is the time to sell our first home on Summersweet circle (remember this post where we found a house we LOVE)!  We knew we would outgrow this house at some point and Ron was very concerned with sink space for the girls.  Julie wanted more driveway space.  Our original plan was to wait until the schools are out of daycare.  However, with the market being so hot (for sellers) in Lewis Center and with the finding of this spec home - which has everything we're looking for, we decided now is the time!

came to terms and went into contract on our 1st home!
