To say selling our 1st home was a piece of cake, is a complete understand. Our buyers were some of the most ridiculous and unreasonable people we've ever encountered. From reneging their offer, to a 21 item remedy list, not being able to turn on the water in the bathroom shower or ignite the gas stove, the list goes on - but, I'll stop! We closed and are in our beautiful new home!
